The Greenland Group Zhenshui Town project is located in Quliang, Zhengzhou. It is a testament to the power of regional culture and sensory aesthetics in shaping a space. The design team at DAS Design Co.,Ltd has taken inspiration from the Oriental culture to create a space that is not only functional but also rich in cultural significance.

One of the unique features of this project is the use of traditional Chinese Mortise-Tenon elements. These elements have been deconstructed and reorganized to present a contemporary interpretation of the house as a carrier of residence. The towering screens in the negotiation area divide the space, ensuring privacy while providing adaptability and abstract elegance.

The design realization technology used in this project includes marble, wood veneer, stiffened fabric, and brushed material. These materials, combined with the design team's innovative approach, have resulted in a space that is both visually stunning and functional. The project covers an area of 5200 sqm, making it a large-scale undertaking.

The design team faced challenges in controlling the overall spatial scale due to the project's large size. However, through numerous experiments with the interior space model and on-site construction of a partial sample room, the team was able to achieve the best spatial effects for the project.
